How It Works

Once you Sign Up, ShipMoe will email you your own physical shipping address in the USA to receive your personal or business mail and packages. Just log in to your Mailbox Manager to see your mailbox inventory, forward shipments, scan urgent letters, or even discard junk mail!
Have Complete Control of Your Shipment!
Once your items arrive at ShipMoe Warehouse, we will notify you by email or Whats App and photograph and register them in your ShipMoe online mailbox. You can visit your online account and manage your mail box or packages as well as to request shipment, scan letters and documents or discard orders. Keep in mind, ShipMoe shipping rates are almost 80% lower than FEDEX, DHL or UPS list rates! Need to urgently, will scan your important letters and documents and send it instantly via email or Whats App.
Prohibited and Limited Items
Laws vary by country. The list of items cannot ship or have limits on how they can ship or how much can ship. Please note that this list is not comprehensive and that restrictions are constantly changing. We'll do our best to update the page as we receive notices from our carriers but ultimately you are responsible for ensuring that the items you purchase comply with all government and carrier restrictions. Remember, prohibited items cannot ship at all. Limited items have reduced shipping options on quantity or specific type of item and may require special documentation or have extra fees associated with them. If you have concerns about your product, please contact info@shipmoe.com before you make your purchase.
Personal Shopper Rates and Conditions
The Personal Shopper Fee will be the higher of $10 or 10% per order, it can be paid in advance via local office or with wire transfer. The fee for Personal Shopper orders placed with credit card will be higher of 13.5 % or $13.50 per item. Bank wire transfers fee of $25 per wire transfer will apply. Fees are NON refundable. This fee apply PER ORDER, on order is a single online transaction (with any number of items) to a single vendor.
ShipMoe may refuse any transaction for any reason. Also, ShipMoe may limit the amount for credit card transactions in order to minimize its risk. Also, may refuse to fulfill a Personal Shopper request, or establish additional safeguards, for new customers with an unproven track record with the company or for large purchases. Ship Moe’s responsibility is limited to ordering and receiving the product on behalf of customer. ShipMoe will not warrant ANY part of the product or shipping at any time. All warranties should be taken directly to manufacturer or vendor of product. Also, ShipMoe will not be responsible for the vendor’s performance.
If a particular purchase or transaction requires an additional service other than simply ordering the product online, ShipMoe reserves the right to charge a fee for such service.
